I decided to purchase the "old style", ipod shuffle green model before there no longer available. If it looks better and is more compact why get rid of it. What a great Idea.
I think the older shuffle modle looks best and is very easy to clip to your shirt without any added weight or if you decide, you could just attach and wear it on a iPod shuffle arm band. This older model is still the best - more compact and has better looks. If you want a nice compact with less frills, this one will do the job.
You have got to get one. The music is easy to download from iTunes as I already have the iPhone, 3GS model but I dont't care to take it with me and have a big iPhone around my arm or in my pocket when going to the gym. This shuffle modle also has a water proof case which you can attach to your swim goggles to swim with.
I hope Apple doesn't decide to get rid of it altogether and just stay with the newer 3rd, 4th generation version. I love mine - Buy one before there gone.
This iPod was just what I needed for my wife's long runs. Came complete and ready for action.
What is there to say about the iPod shuffle that hasn't already been said in the other 300+ reviews. So here are the five things *I* like best about it:It's small and lightweight and goes right into my shirt pocket. It's inexpensive so if i lose or break it or if it is stolen no big deal.I can use the controls without looking at it.It holds just the right amount of music.Sand doesn't mess it up at the beach. The charge lasts a long time.Okay, so that's six.Anyway, I've had my shuffle for 2 1/2 years and I still love it.
It was okay to use. Easy to load music, but lasted only 4 months before it died. My MP3 player was $20.00 less and still working fine. I won't buy another one.
What's there to say. It's an Apple iPod and works just fine. Price was right and it arrived almost immediately although I used the "free" shipping option.
